Cody sold my mother’s house after her passing. He had to deal with 4 sisters that lived on the west coast, east coast and in between as the sellers. I’m sure it wasn’t easy coordinating the paperwork from Cody’s end but he made it easy for us on our end. He kept in constant contact with all 4 of us. Cody handled every aspect of the process in a timely manner. The sale went through without a hitch much to our amazement considering the circumstances and I give all the credit to Cody. I would definitely call Cody again if I ever need a realtor.
