Cody Hurst, Humboldt County real estate agent
Born and raised in Fortuna, Cody Hurst leads The Hurst Group at eXp Realty and helps buyers and sellers across Humboldt County, from Eureka, Cutten, Arcata and McKinleyville to Ferndale, Hydesville, Carlotta, Rio Dell and the Eel River valley.
Since 2019, Cody has represented buyers and sellers in 191 real estate transaction sides, with approximately $80 million in represented side sales volume, from first homes and family estates to land and investment properties. He is a Broker Associate, a multiple time eXp ICON Award recipient, and holds an MBA. He also serves on the board of the Fortuna Chamber of Commerce.
